Well I see Tamiya is re-releasing their older Italian tanks, both the medium tank and the semovente in 1/35. From what I have heard the kits were not bad back in the day. I have been trying to find out if Tamiya was updating the kits and according to one ad that I read they have updated them and added a little photo etch with them...... Cool, I have always liked them, and now that my wife has added the new DML set of Italian infantry to my Christmas gift pile (shhhh, don't tell her I know!!) My third try at a diorama might be coming in the new year! If anyone gets either of these tanks or looks at one please let me know your opinion. ;D

I don't have none of the italian tanks, but first I want to build a couple of the japanese tanks that I'm starting to get in love with.. But also like this ones... Now Dan you can build a complete diorama in the desert with the panzer II and a italian tank and the figures...

;D The newest fine scale modeler has an article/ad for these, it appears they are updated/corrected and with small photoetch sheets, plus two new figures per kit!

Same old kit, with some added goo-gaws. Lizard is doing the same thing with the old imperial series kits.
