Dan I think this kit is made by tamiya, it looks familiar to me, check on the old tamiya catalogs and maybe you have a surprise..  |

Tamiya made/makes the old West German "gepard" sp AA gun vehicle, this is a much newer Soviet/Russian. Sp gun/missile system.
They do look a little bit similar but are different.
