Pictures from the August meeting, we had a nice turnout and welcomed two first time visitors, Charles and Rich. Armor by Brad, a British cruiser tank and a Hungarian tank. Bike by Dave, this is the model of the real one he owns.... The model is white metal and resin. a 1/48th tank from Brad Charles brought in 3 nice civilian aircraft, he also models military planes as well.... Theres and elephant in the room.... and a few more tanks from Brad, this from the Spanish civil war. Phil is working on a KV-1 from Trumpeter ?? All we needed was a ship..... We hope to see Charles, Rich and everyone else back next month. We should be able to talk more models and less Winterfest now that the ball is rolling on WinterFest.

A good meeting, and a shout out to Colin for getting our flyer up to speed, and with a gentle re-work of our logo. Jose, the DH-9 is for the Miramar museum. Once the wood work is done, the frame should build up faster. The Junkers is set back for a bit. I am very dis-satisfied with the rigging, so am regrouping. I should get cracking so I have it for Winterfest.
