This kit is being built with the 100th Anniversary of the USMC Aviation in mind. That is the theme at this years San Diego Expo coming up in 60 days. I plan on entering this kit for that compitition.
This is the kit I have.
I am adding a cockpit interior from Starfighter decals to the kit.
I am also using Starfighter decals for a USMC Scheme.
I like the red, white and blue rudder stripes, so I will be using the decals for that bird..... It is also nice that it is an aircraft from the "Red Devils", I also have an F-4 Phantom and F-18 Hornet with markings from that squadron.
