Well, since the "new" Dragon kit of the Albany is such a nice looking kit, I got out the USS Long Beach kit which is also a new Dragon kit, and while the molding are a bit less fine as Albany, she still looks like a quick build.
So, on the desk she goes!
USS Long Beach is also one of our navys most beautiful ships built, she has such a distinct profile.
Here is the hull and superstructure dry fit.
She will also have a few seams to fill, but once they are done, progress should move right along.
