Next Friday is the second to last meeting before WinterFest, we could polish of all the details and review what is still needed. Gabriel is comming by 2200, so, in order to stay busy, we desided to bring our Panzer III's from the group build and work on them. Maybe we can convince Brad to give us a demo in how to apply weathering powders. I am looking foward to see you all there!

I will bring 6 tires in various stages of "dusting" to show off MIG powders if there is an interest.

;D Last night was different..... there was a suicide jumper on a bridge who closed down a major freeway from 2pm until?? I don't know when he jumped or when they talked the clown down.... BUT, it did effect the meeting, my normal 10 minute drive from work to home became nearly 90 minutes..... That made us rely on Pizza for our meal last night. ;D We did have a nice turnout, I was worried everyone would turn for home after hearing of the jumper and closed freeway. But, we enjoyed a nice demo on Pigments giver by Brad and his six wheels.... Ooops.... better angle! Ahhh, the improvised meal... Bob has been building this ESCI 1/48 hoover, I am impressed with how good this aircraft looks in this scale. Bob is going to use centenial markings on this S-3. It will appear as a member of VT-8 from USS Hornet, 1942. A view of the cockpit. A T-6 trainer from the Air Force of Mexico by Jose. A-37B Dragonfly in 1/72 by Academy by Daniel. A nice Cutlass in 1/72 from Jose. It looks good in metal! The problem build of my years builds.... Hasagawa, 1/72 F9F-2. 1/35th Sherman..... by Jose Brad brought his Canadian leopard with aftermarket camo netting added. A stack of "men's" products.... A good night overall!!
