The August meeting has come and gone.
A smaller crowd than usual, but still lots of models and chatter.
A first time visit by Mark, aka "Oso" on the forum. He brought along 2 models.
As always, we had a snack....
And as a treat, we had a nice cake made by Hello Kitty in her cake decorating class ( I drag her to SSMB, she drags me to cake decorating classes)
I brought along the 2 Airfix "Trafalgar" kits.... and a Fokker that will be for Orangecon
A stalled Sherman from the PITA Dragon kit, and a Frank in home defense markings.

A bike and truck brought in by Oso....
Winterfest was discussed a little, Brad will start sending out letters in September, and Mike brought in the stencils for the best of award. I was given a 1/48th P-47 diecast from the Veterans Museum and will put in with the raffle kits.
Things are moving along as Winterfest gets closer!
Next up, big advertising push at OrangeCon.
Mexmarine, we wish you well and hope things are getting better.
