A link to an IPMS group who has done a paint match chart for Naval paints of most navys with the Vallejo line of paints.

I like Vallejo paints, they brush very well, thin and clean with water. They come in eye dropper type bottles so they are easy to measure. The one bad point, the paint rubs off of corners and edges with too much handeling, a clear coat would of course stop that problem.
The only place in San Diego I know of to get them is at "The Game Empire" store. It is located on Clairemont Mesa Blvd in the shopping center just off the I-805 behind the soup plantation and Mcdonalds.
