Some nice pictures from Navsource of 4 stack destroyers. Reference for the Revell kit (boxed as, USS Ward, Buchannon, or Cambelltown). Torpedo tube detail..... Gun details..... Forward 4" gun of USS Pope "4 hits in 21 seconds" Note gun shield on deck, and bow details. Gun that fired the first shot of WWII (US) from USS Ward. 4" gun breach... Forward 4" and 1 Lbr guns. 1 Lbr gun. Only view I have found of the 3" /23cal AA gun on the stern. Afterdeck house from astern. WWII modified ship, but good view of the engine room hatch. Stern view, gun and depth charge racks.... WWI Midship details of USS Little, 1918. USS Little from the crows nest, note camo on the stacks. Rool baby roll! Nice detail shot of DD. USS Little forward 4" gun, note canvas on deck. Hope these help those of us building the revell kit.
