I thought I would add a little humor to SSMB. These figures are from the company IR and were painted in about 1973. My Dad was into painting and collecting figures, at that time they were all made of metal. So, here is his (on the base) and mine the Col. in blue. Got to love them eyes! Dad's Mine He also painted up a few marines, he got started doing US Marines from all periods, the 2 that were finished are losing their paint. One figure on horseback that is 90% done and a civil war Parrot gun are what he finished. I also have a large collection of unpainted figure kits, mostly in 54mm (1/32scale) including his dream a camel with rider. Enjoy!!

Daniel: classic figures. I remember seeing these in an old Squadron catalog when they where new. top of the line in the 70's.
