OK, to start i´ll start with the classic part of any model airplane.. the cockpit. For this I use this tools that I found and it helps in getting the contour of the inner walls of the fuselage.. This way I have made the cockpit floor, instrument panel, back panel, etc. All out of plastic from a telephone card.. For the rest of the details I´ll use bits and pieces out of my scratch box (spares) Here are the rudel pedals before attaching the final details made out of wire

OK, in keeping with this build up here is the drawing from were I am basing my detailing.. This scheme belongs to an E-4 most which the most close to an E-3 incase I do the Rumanian scheme. This the starboard side of the cockpit with all details added like rudders, controls, instrument panel, etc. Here is the new seat as the original was discarded. Here is the port side also with the remaining details added. Next I think paint will be applied for the interior plus all paint detailing.
