A good question, it might be possible, but will require a lot of work to make them match the rest of the vehicle. gloss coat, let dry then apply blue bottle microset, decal, red bottle micro sol and let it dry for a day... then another flat coat to get rid of the gloss and help hide the decal carrier film. Then, you will need to do the weathering process again to blend in the decals... Or, you could try painting them on, use photo copies of the decals to make masks, spray them on, then redo the weathing over the markings to blend them in... ;D or....... heck with it and don't forget them on the next model.

Like Daniel said, for me the best option is hand painting and then weathering on top.... Good luck
