 I built spacecraft as a kid, but never got the Mercury / Gemini combo kit. I did enjoy building the Apollo craft and the BIG Revell Saturn V rocket. A few years ago Revell re-released the Mercury / Gemini combo kit. this is Mercury built right out of the box.... no attempts at accuracy, but it was a fun diversion and the Gemini ship is a started project in the box right now.   Considering the age of the molds and not counting accuracy, this is not a bad kit...

 This has been here over two months and no one has bothered to look!! hehehehe, I guess space craft are not to popular among our group. Maybe I should bring it to our next meeting and we can burn it with the books..... ;D

I am into space too! and your model looks good altought I find the color a bit ¨dusted¨ they could have been a litle more bright for a space ship at least from what I have seen in this area. And concerning your comment from 4/21 you are right sometimes there post that stay long without any comment or even a plain view and at times is really dissapointing..

 thanks for looking Subman and Carlos.  Nice guess Carlos, as I remember I was messing around with pastel chalks and just rubbed black chalk into some grey paint.  When I get around to finishing the "Gemini" kit I will try for a better look!

Thank you, it actually is not a bad kit, good detail on what they give you. But i know there must be a bunch forward of the inst. panel, I just don't know what. The Gemini is also a decent kit for being so old. One day I will find where I put it and finish it up!
