Suggestion #1: we build out of each major catagory, which should push each builders skills, and take them out of a comfort zone ..... just a little! So, next build, a car, figure, or boaty thing, maybe something sci-fi, or monster. We can find appropriate kits that are cheap, and require more basic skills, and add bits as we go.
